Dr. Erika’s schedule is quite limited. While she will accept new patients, patients should be aware that there is availability for daytime appointments only, on Mondays and some Wednesdays. Patients in need of ongoing care for a recent injury should book with another provider.

Dr. Erika is a chiropractor, who graduated in 2007 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is also a registered massage therapist who graduated in 2012 from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Her massage style is thorough, firm, and specific. With a practice style that is based on education, home care, and advice based, Dr. Erika is committed to providing personalized care to each patient.
Dr. Erika is experienced in a variety of treatment methods, including spinal manipulative therapy, post isometric stretching, soft tissue techniques, and mobilization. In particular, she heavily utilizes mobilizations and soft tissue techniques in her treatments.
For Dr. Erika’s massage treatments, she is experienced in utilizing general Swedish massage techniques in addition to using mobilizations, home exercise plans, friction therapy, and post isometric stretching. These techniques allow Erika to provide comprehensive care that addresses each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Erika has extensive experience working with a diverse range of patients. This includes desk workers, hypermobile patients, potential surgical candidates, and those with hip pathologies. Dr. Erika has a particular interest in treating middle-aged individuals, sedentary individuals looking to make a change, those with TMJ, headaches, and cancer patients.
