No. Our physiotherapists are primary care providers, so you can book directly. Some extended health plans require a referral for reimbursement, so check your plan before your first visit.

We treat sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain such as arthritis and fibromyalgia, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, and pre- and post-natal concerns.

Arrive 10 minutes early, or complete your intake paperwork online beforehand. Your physiotherapist reviews your medical history and goals, then does a physical assessment. This covers movement, joint range, strength and neurological screening. You then get a treatment plan and follow-up recommendations.

Treatment is tailored to you and may include manual therapy, exercise therapy, acupuncture and education. You get one-to-one care for your entire appointment.  Our physiotherapy sessions occur in private rooms, not curtained areas, for added privacy and confidentiality.

Yes, we direct bill most major extended health providers where your plan allows. We are also registered with WSIB and FSRA for workplace and motor vehicle accident claims.

Yes. We’re open Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and closed Sundays.
