As a licensed chiropractor and registered kinesiologist, Dr. Sarah Henein brings a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to her practice. A recent graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, she’s dedicated to using evidence-based methods to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Dr. Henein uses a combination of spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises to create personalized treatment plans that empower patients to confidently get back to the activities they love.
Dr. Henein’s strong educational background includes a Master of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology, and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber. This extensive training has provided her with valuable experience treating a diverse range of patients in various clinical environments.
When she’s not helping patients, Sarah enjoys an active lifestyle, playing soccer, and taking spin classes. She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
