Jason started off his career as a paramedic.  After getting a taste of what it was like to help others in extreme situations, he moved on to the armed forces as a medic.  Due to Jason's knowledge and skills, he was assigned a training position to teach and mentor other medics in training.  However, after several years of service, Jason decided to make a career change, to move back towards helping others personally.

Jason began the Registered Massage Therapy program at Oxford College in Burlington.  As a student, he was taught by our very own Dr Kuehnel in his first-year clinical course.  He graduated from the program in July of 2017, and was officially registered soon after.  Jason started with MiltonBackDoc in February of 2018.

Jason is a disciplined RMT, and is a tireless advocate for the numerous benefits that massage therapy has towards maintaining an active lifestyle, such as reduced muscle tension, increased range of motion, improved immune system response and decreased recovery time for injuries.  Jason is focused on combating the effects of muscle aches and physical limitations, and his goal is to increase patients' ability to live active and productive lives.

Jason has recently (2018) completed the Bauerfeind fitter course, and is now a Certified Compression Stocking Fitter.

Jason is available for appointments Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2pm - 9pm, Fridays 9am - 9pm and many Saturdays from 9am - 3pm.

Massage Style

Jason's style is consistency and firm pressure, with a methodical and thorough approach.  He uses a combination of a variety of contacts, including thumbs, knuckles and forearms to achieve deep tissue effects , while being mindful of patient comfort.
